I am Gedeon Drapák. I push what AI can do in video: I run the Prague studio Eden Makers, build my own tools and teach companies how to use AI video so it does not look like AI.

01Story
How I got here.
Born in Prague, I spent part of my childhood in the US and was drawn to film from fifteen, when I picked up my first camera. I graduated from NEWTON University and worked for London startups while studying.
I left Neuron and founded my own AI tech and film startup, Eden Makers. The first big proof was Mindfall Protocol: 33 minutes of sci-fi for 75,000 CZK in AI credits, when an average Czech film costs 25 to 40 million.
I realised the world is basically unlimited and the only limits are in your head. You do not sell time, you sell value and solutions.

Childhood in the US
Born in Prague, raised in America. That is where the bilingual mind and the sense of an open world come from.

First camera
Filming and photographing since fifteen. Film was always the goal, AI became the means.

London
While studying at NEWTON University I work for London startups. That is where I first run into ChatGPT, before anyone at home is talking about it.

VšechnoAI.cz
Back home I launch the largest Czech catalogue of AI tools. It came too early and the project is paused today.

Neuron and Silicon Valley
Marketing at Neuron, a trip to Silicon Valley. I leave to found my own AI film studio.

Premiere of a 33-minute AI film at Cinema Anděl. 75,000 CZK in AI costs, a team of 7, two months of nights and weekends.

Direction over generation. Taste over tools. Iterate fast, ship faster.

Craft
Film thinking first. AI is a tool held by a director, not the other way around. Prompt Bible, locked characters, post that turns an AI shot into film.

Speed
What took weeks or months now takes days. Speed is a competitive edge, not a quality trade-off.

Ownership
When the market has no answer, I build it. Hlas, internal agents, studio-wide workflows.

Learning
An hour and a half a day on X just for what is new. In two years today's frontier will be normal.

Authenticity
AI slop is my personal veto. Mediocrity at volume interests nobody, taste decides quality.
